An Ellis Family Campout

In early July we went camping with all of Ben's family up in Huntsville. It was really fun! We even spent an afternoon at the "beach" by a reservoir there. Kaylie was LOVING the sand and the water! She would crawl right up to the edge of the water and into the waves! The boys had a good time digging in the sand and splashing with cousins. And what would a campout be without marshmallow roasting!
Grandma Debbie even brought GIANT marshmallows which were the kids' favorites!

Evan had a blast hiking with his cousins and his Grandpa and trying to find new trails! We had such a great time and we hope to make it a tradition!

Camping with the kids seems to make the world awesome again. It's amazing how much joy they bring with them.
